The idea is that this creature is a parasite that attaches to a human host. It's a shitty fate for whoever is unlucky enough to be the host.

No one knows if the original human host still retains their perception of reality and memories... let's hope they don't.

This creature is sometimes referred to as 'the Mascot' due to it's similar appearance to sports mascots.

very cool, I really dig this. Feel sorry for that poor schmuck that not only gets to play host, but also get to be up close and personal with whatever that latest thing or person is on the menu... yick.
